Every affiliate is given a link upon approval. This link allows users to register and claim/add their offices. Every user is permanently linked to your code through the duration of their membership. Even if they do not upgrade immediately, when they do, an affiliate payout will be made. We do have stipulations in the affiliate agreement that adjust payouts based on time it takes for a user to convert from free to paid. If a user upgrades within 60 days of registration to a paid plan, full payout is made into perpetuity of that contract.
